OUR SERVICES & YOUR AGREEMENT
This section outlines the services we offer through our platform and how we agree on the specifics of your cleaning job. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
- Payment Terms: After your consultation, we will offer a flat fee and our accepted payment methods. Payments/deposits are typically due before and/or on the day of service.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires a 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees, which can often be 35% of the service cost.
- Access to Property: Client must ensure access to the property; lockouts may result in full charges.
